furnishings, equipment, bed arrangements or pricing.

Concierge Services: Fax, copy machines, and internet access are available at our office. Also, please ask
our advice on local restaurants, shows, fishing, shopping and any other activities you may be interested
in during your stay on the Grand Strand. We can assist you with reservations and directions.
Special reminders: All town, community, county and state ordinances and laws are to be
observed. Grand Strand Vacations cannot be held responsible for any violations. Please call with
any questions any time.
Locked Owners’ Closets: The property owner reserves the right to have private storage closets on site.
These areas are absolutely not included in the rental agreement. Entry into locked closets is prohibited
and considered damage to the property. The Registered Guest will be charged accordingly.
Substitutions: From time to time, properties become unavailable for rental due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this should happen, we at Grand Strand Vacations may provide the renter with substitute,
comparable accommodations without notice for the same period of time. If comparable accommodations
are not available, rents or deposits will be refunded.
What you need to Bring: Bath, beach & kitchen towels, bed linens, and blankets, a Cooler with
ice (to prevent refrigerator issues), cleaning supplies and paper products. Properties are set-up for
simple cooking and housekeeping. Property items (such as bedspreads, pillows, chairs, pots, pans,
dishes, glasses or silverware) are NOT to be taken out of the property (to the beach or other
properties), if you would like to have such items on the beach or in other properties, you
need to bring your own.
2020 Reservations: “Continue the Tradition”. 2019 renters have first priority for the same
property in 2020, until checkout. However, please, try to make your reservation by Thursday of
your vacation stay. A non-refundable $300.00 tentative deposit is due at time of booking the
reservation for the following year and is deducted from the reservation deposit, due January
20th, 2020. Please contact our office for further details. Rates are not guaranteed for next year.
