Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 bag frozen carrots & peas (8-10oz)
1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs Garlic
2 Tbs Ketchup
Instructions:
1. In a medium sized pot, place ground beef, onion, garlic, and beef
the meat.
2. Bring to a boil, add frozen veggies and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth. Add ketchup into the
mixture and stir until thickened.
4. Pour into your favorite casserole dish and top with your own mashed
potato recipe.
5. Brush potatoes with egg yolks and bake at 350° until bubbly and brown
