Combine Svedka Grapefruit & Jalapeño Vodka,
freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juices, club soda,
and simple syrup (if a sweeter drink is preferred) in a
cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously then strain into a glass with or
without crushed ice as desired.
Garnish with grapefruit and jalapeño slices and enjoy.

This recipe allows the simple syrup to be prepped, stored and
ready to use. Your coffee is based on preference; you can brew it
traditionally to substitute the coffee with espresso—it’s up to you!
To make simple syrup, combine sugar and water in a saucepan
over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar has dissolved.
Let syrup cool completely and add in vanilla extract. Store in
fridge and use as needed.
Serve coffee over ice with half and half and simple syrup, to taste.

Splash club soda
½ ounce simple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coffee (room temperature or chilled)
2 tbsp. half and half or creamer of choice
