We have been applying Velocity Gel one hour before the
event, exercise or whatever the schedule is for that day.
We put on maybe an ounce on our hand; rub it into the
muscle by the fetlock joint, or whatever part of the body
needs it; about 1 hour beforehand and 1 hour afterwards.
