State Senator Ed
Harbison from Columbus,

his fellow Americans and
Georgians, and most especially
Georgia veterans.
Senator Harbison served

years, including a year as
an Infantryman in Vietnam
where he was awarded
the Purple Heart. Senator
the Georgia Senate in 1992,

true and trusted friend of all
Georgia veterans, he currently

Homeland Security Committee.
In this highly important position,
he is a strong voice for Georgia
veterans ensuring that they and
their families are rightfully
recognized, compensated, and

for children of military families

another while on active duty.
As a combat veteran himself

earned the high honor to be in
the Georgia Military Veterans’
Hall of Fame.
