productions left in the season, Come From Away
and Summer-The Donna Summer Musical.
Come From Away is a Tony winning musical set
around 9/11 and the following weeks. The story is
about a plane full of Americans grounded in small
town Gander, Newfoundland and having to understand
what has happened in the U.S. and the hospitality
given to them by the townspeople. It is
truly a moving and wonderful show that highlights
the best of humanity in grave situations. Summer
– The Donna Summer Musical is pretty self-explanatory,
it’s a musical about the evolution of disco
diva Donna Summer. In this musical you will
three incarnations of Summer; pre-teen Donna,
Disco Donna in her 20’s and Donna in her 50’s.
