City of Juno Beach
The Town of Juno Beach is a seaside community, which is
predominantly residential; it arose along the Atlantic shore of
southeast Florida with the settlement of the Ocean dune by a small
group of motel and tourist court owners. The town was incorporated
in 1953 with approximately 130 year-round residents and 1,500
seasonal population. The population has grown to 3,442 year-round
residents and the population nearly doubles during the season.

Juno Beach takes pride in its pristine beaches and has 2.4 miles
of shoreline along a spectacular blue ocean, with exceptional
amenities. The Town is home to a County owned and operated 990-
foot pier at its northern edge located in Juno Beach Park. It is visited

for sea turtles in the world. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC)
is located in Town at the County owned Loggerhead Park, and hosts
organization that monitors the nests and is dedicated to promoting
the conservation of Florida’s coastal ecosystem through education,
research and rehabilitation with a special focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles.
Approximately 594 acres of land or 43% of the Town’s total land area has been purchased by the
County for preservation. The County has created hiking trails throughout these parcels, known as the
Juno Dunes Natural Area, to serve as a beautiful nature walk and to educate the public about the
importance of preservation.

adjacent to the Town Center Property with lush landscaping and a ¾ mile public sidewalk, covered
gazebos and fountains; Kagan Park, which has playground equipment, bocci, basketball, and adult
Town Hall from 1961-1991. The park includes gazebo, sidewalk, paver bricks, seating and lush
landscape.
The Town hosts and takes part in many cultural activities and community events. Many local history,
art and civic organizations utilize the Town’s resources for their activities. The “Juno Beach Historical
Society” collects items linked to the history of the Town, preserves them for future generations, and shares
this history with the public. The “Friends of the Arts” organizes art shows for local artists; artwork is
displayed year-round in the Town Center Council Chambers. Artfest by the Sea in Juno Beach, and Craft
Fest, which draws thousands of visitors each year, is held along A1A and the Ocean at the north end of
Town.
Juno Beach is near many activities including the Jupiter Theatre, spring training baseball, nationallyknown
golf courses, tennis courts, county parks, shopping centers and art galleries.
