Holmdel High School students win at
JERSEY SHORE SCIENCE FAIR
Students in the Honors Advanced Research classes under the mentorship of Dr.
Josephine Blaha, Ted Mester and Lauren Lepore at Holmdel High School had
an excellent showing at the 46th annual Jersey Shore Science Fair hosted by
Stockton University. Student projects are submitted in disciplinary categories at the
upper (grades 11 and 12) and intermediate (grades nine and 10) levels. Seventeen
of 42 projects from Holmdel High School won awards, and nine advanced to the
Delaware Valley Science Fair via virtual adjudication. From this regional competition,
student projects may be chosen to advance to the prestigious Regeneron-ISEF 2021
international competition. The awarded projects are as follows:
