The Oceanic Free Library (OFL) is the friendly, historic library with
everything you need to put together your summer reading list,
many copies of all the Summer Reading List books available for local
area schools: Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, Deane-Porter
Elementary School and Forrestdale School and Holy Cross Academy.
The Tails and Tales Vacation Reading Club is underway. Visit the
library’s Beanstack site or register online with Beanstack app and start
reading now through Sunday, Aug. 15 to earn super cool programs
and rewards for all ages. The Beanstack link is MonmouthCountyLib.

For a big bundle of at-home fun, get your "Take and Make" Craft
Children's Librarian Miss Jackie will send over personally assembled
kits. Each bag contains all the pieces you’ll need to make a fun craft at

As always, each month also features the works of local artists who
display and make available for sale a vast array of art. You’ll always

Coming in July, Kathleen Beausoleil will share her paintings and
the works from her students at Canvas Studio Art. For the perfect summer
wardrobe accent, add some sea glass jewelry by Ginny Pointon.
The library is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am
to 5 pm and from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. No
nights yet. Due to your popular response, contactless curbside pickup
is now a permanent feature. You can reserve titles by emailing rscirc@
monmouthcountylib.org or by calling 732-842-2692. Your selections
will be tagged with your name and placed in plastic bags on a table at
the back door of the library.
