The barrel tile roofs, cobbled streets
and pottery that are all enhanced
by flowers reminds one of Old
Cuba.
This master of words, art and music never
slows down, as he travels around speaking
with great enthusiasm on any number of
different subjects; but his paintings bring a
vibrancy to the real world that is both
comforting and familiar. Seeing one of his
works reminds you of past experiences
that have lingered in your mind forever.
McVae’s images draw the viewer into
them, as he builds memories of happy
times or visions of places we have never
been before.
