so does the fondness for comfort and
collaboration. Big Storm Brewing Co.
in St. Pete has collaborated with local
chocolatier, William Dean Chocolates, to
create a specialty artisan brew. William
Dean Chocolates is renowned for creating
chocolates that excite the eye and intrigue
the palate. How does that translate to
beer? Seamlessly. Perfectly. Flawlessly.
This partnership gave birth to a Toffee
Chocolate Stout that was crafted to
invoke a 360 degree sensory experience—
impeccable presentation, rich aroma, and
decadent flavors of chocolate covered
toffee. A true work of art made from the
finest ingredients, this stout pours black
with deep garnet highlights. Flavors of
sweet toffee and caramelized sugar pair
together with a hint of rich, indulgent
chocolate. This is holiday comfort at its
best.
William Dean and Big Storm are
challenging Tampa Bay to come up with
a name for this artisan brew. Folks can
come into the Big Storm taprooms to
try the beer and get their creative juices

at Big Storm Brewery in Clearwater on
Thursday, November 16th.
