can be called a Miracle.
A Miracle by definition is an
effect or extraordinary event in
the physical world that surpasses
all known human or natural
powers and is ascribed to a supernatural
cause.
I like what Wikipedia says
about a Miracle: A miracle is
an event not understandable by
natural or scientific laws.
The word "miracle" is often
used to characterize any beneficial
event that is statistically
unlikely
John 5:1-9 After this there
was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus
went up to Jerusalem. Now there
is in Jerusalem by the Sheep
Gate a pool, which is called in
Hebrew, Bethesda, having five
porches. In these lay a great
multitude of sick people, blind,
lame, paralyzed, waiting for the
moving of the water….Now a
certain man was there who had
an infirmity thirty-eight years.
When Jesus saw him lying
there, and knew that he already
had been in that condition a long
time, He said to him, “Do you
want to be made well?” The sick
man answered Him, “Sir, I have
no man to put me into the pool
when the water is stirred up;
but while I am coming, another
steps down before me.” Jesus
said to him, “Rise, take up your
bed and walk.” And immediately
the man was made well, took
up his bed, and walked.
More than likely, this man
was born paralyzed and was now
38 years old and was searching
for a cure. We were not born
with life controlling issues but
they were issues that came after
time and usually because of
our own poor decisions. When
we become bound by our issues
or when we are attacked by the
enemy and become possessed,
depressed, addicted or sick, we
all begin to look for relief.
Some of us will get to a
point in which we become content
in our situation and think
we are okay, until the doctor
says ”death” or the law says
“incarceration.” What it comes
down to, is many of us become
complacent in our situation
