new Business Environment, focused on how Latina-owned businesses have
restructured their business to continue operating and the resources that are
making it possible.

The second session titled How Mental Health affects you, your Work, and your
Business, focused on recognizing the signals of stress (the shadow pandemic) and
provided tools to address these issues and challenges.

The third session, Cultural Mindsets: Decoded, presented by Nationwide, was

Nationwide, and included speaker Valeria Aloe, President & Founder, Abundancia
Consciente.
During the fourth and last session, Entrepreneurs Spotlight: Lessons Learned,
attendees learned about the do’s and don’ts of running a successful business.
Pitfalls to avert, challenges to face, and opportunities to tackle. Moderated by
Claudia DeLeon, panelists included: Eliuth Guzman, Latin Plate Catering, and Zully JF
Alvarado, Causes for Change International.
Keynote speaker remarks were provided by Congresswoman Nydia M.
Velázquez, Representative for New York’s 7th Congressional District, 117th Congress.
