+ Do not put plastic bags in the blue recycling cart. Plastic
bags get caught in equipment at the Recycling Center
and disrupt the sorting process. Many grocery stores
accept plastic bags for recycling.
+ Remove packing material before putting cardboard boxes
in the blue recycling cart.
+ Flatten cardboard boxes and place them in the blue
recycling cart.
