nationally certified and highly educated
trainers will tailor your workout to fit your

as any weaknesses in your physical

The “Group Exercise Combo” (GEX) is
offered at the Community Center and
allows you to take advantage of unlimited
access to GEX classes.

Low impact cardio exercise designed to
get your heart rate up. Includes upper
body strength and core training all mixed
into one workout. Come for all or just one
