your breasts have changed over time? Even if your implants
large, or just not the right ‘look’ for you anymore at 40. More
importantly, we now have many more options in breast
implants compared to even ten years ago, to help you achieve
your desired breast goals!
First and foremost is communicating your goals and desires
consultation, you should discuss implant material (saline
vs. silicone), shape (round vs. anatomic), and size/volume.
Depending on your expectations, breast augmentation
and possibly a breast lift (mastopexy) may be needed. In
my practice, I have developed a technique to minimize

My combination of the latest gummy implants, above the
muscle placement, and no-touch technique help my clients
recover faster with smaller incisions
while minimizing the risk of infection.
On some level, men may have it

In some cases, surgically removing the
extra skin and tissue may be needed
to meet your expectations; fortunately,
these incisions heal well and gradually
will fade over time. Always ask to see
before-and-after photos during your
consultation so that you can have a
better idea of what to expect. Finally,
if you want to be beach-body ready
by summer, remember that it may take
results, so schedule your surgery dates
accordingly!
Ultimately, both women and men want
the same things from plastic surgery -
to look as good as they feel, and to get
noticed!
My advice to anyone who is
considering cosmetic surgery is
the same: do your research, ask for
Surgeons, and choose the surgeon
that best understands your goals and
expectations!
