Camp Gladiator
More than just a fitness boot camp, it’s
an experience promising to motivate
and challenge men & women of all ages
and levels. Expect a full body workout
including interval training, sprint and
agility drills, stations, plyometrics,
strength drills and a cardio mix. Increase
your strength, speed and stamina.

The hottest new tennis fitness class and
the ultimate cardio burn. This one-hour
class to high-energy music is guaranteed
to burn calories. Bring your racket & water

This is not your typical walking club,
it’s so much more! Walk or run the
Highlander Park trail, incorporating body
weight strength training exercises for the
ultimate cardio and strength workout. For

for a focus on Beginner 1 moves, then
at 10:15am concentrate on Beginner 2
moves. Led by the Taoist Tai Chi Society.

An ancient Chinese art that enables free
movement while enhancing flexibility and
full range of joint motion. Medical studies

Come for a day of fitness and fun and
have an opportunity to try a variety
of Group Exercise Classes offered at
Dunedin Community Center. For every
class you participate in, receive a raffle
ticket for prizes and give-aways. The
more classes you try, the more chances
to win! Chair massages and healthy food
vendors available. Bring water and an
exercise mat if you have one.
