Aloha Americana
Take a look at our 20th Century
fascination with Polynesian culture,
reimagined in a uniquely American way.
From early South Pacific voyages that
produced captivating adventure tales
and fueled the “Tiki bar” craze that swept
the country after WWII, to the modern
revival of interest in MidCentury Tiki
social culture. We’ll also visit Tiki Garden,
Indian Rocks Beach’s lost roadside
attraction.
