I am setting up a group called
SPRING HILL
HEALTHY EATING
Th e purpose of the group is to promote
a Plant Based Eating Way of life.
Th is group is open to all, including Vegans,
vegetarians and people eating a standard diet.
Th e idea is to introduce to those not eating a plant-based diet not only
the benefi ts but also the foods.
It is not the intention to convert anyone to a specifi c diet, simply
promote those foods that are proven to benefi t us. Most of us have no
clue what a plant-based diet consists of but many will fi nd that certain
of their meals now are plant based and be encouraged to try more
plant-based meals.
Should someone decide that one day a week or month they will eat a
plant-based meal instead of a standard meal then that is a success.
No products will be promoted or sold.
A monthly meeting starting in January 2019 will be held at the
Community Center on the 1st Friday of every month at 6:30pm where
hopefully attendees will bring along a plant-based meal and everyone
can sample the diverse foods available.
Should anyone feel they would like to be involved in the groups running
please contact me at the information below or for more information
please see the Facebook page Spring Hill Healthy Eating Group.
