Jump in to Service
Union County is a community of “joiners”
— whether it’s volunteering with a
charitable organization or participating
in one of the many local clubs and groups.
The “big three” service clubs are well
represented. The Union County Rotary
Club meets for lunch weekly, and the
Union County Lions Club has been
around since 1966. Blairsville Kiwanis
Club serves the local community
through various service projects.
Masons meet regularly at Allegheny
Masonic Lodge. And several veterans’
groups can be found in the area, including
DAV, the American Legion and
VFW. And Blairsville is home to Cub
Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
