Keep these
tips in mind:
Pick the right clothes
and wear sunscreen
Wear heat-friendly loose-fitting clothes,
such as shorts and t-shirts. Apply
sunscreen often. Wear sunglasses. A
hat with a wide brim will keep you cool.
Keep track of time
If you’re working or playing outdoors,
be sure to take a break at least once
an hour. If you feel sick or faint, stop
immediately and go to a cool place
—or indoors.
