The Veteran Support Group of McDonough VSG was
honored to receive 100 donated toiletry kits from 12year
old Marlon Miller, founder of Deuce Hands, nc., a 01c
nonprot organizaon. Marlon, his mother Tawanda, and lile
sister Miranda delivered the kits to the VSG facility on April 0,
2019.
Marlon’s mission is to give back to the community by helping
the homeless and less fortunate by providing them with basic
need essenals as well as resources to supporve services.
Through the services and donaons from Deuce Hands, nc., the
mission is to enrich the lives of individuals facing adversity and
promote selfsuciency.
This year Marlon wanted to include veterans in his mission and
chose VSG to donate supplies collected by his organizaon.
Marlon received the VSG Challenge Coin from VSG Founder
Bob Van Dunk. This coin is only given to those individuals or
organizaons that support the mission of the VSG.
