Celebrating Father’s Day and Independence Day!
Welcome to the June issue of Real Hero Report. This month, we celebrate Father’s
Day and prepare to celebrate our naon’s independence on the 4th of July.
n June 1, we celebrate Father’s Day, recogniing the contribuons that
fathers and father gures make for their children’s lives.
The 4th of July celebrates the anniversary of the publicaon of the declaraon of
independence from Great Britain in 1. atrioc displays and family events are
organized throughout the United States, with many people displaying the American
ag outside their homes or buildings. eople throughout the United States, and those
deployed abroad, celebrate with picnics and barbecues, recognizing the American
tradion of polical freedom.

children’s lives. This holiday aims to promote responsible parenng and to recognize
posive parental role models. t celebrates the special bonds of love between parental
gures and their children.
was established on August 1, 194, by resident Truman in recognion
of the personnel of the victorious Army Air Forces and all those who have developed and
maintained our naon’s air strength.
will be celebrated on August 4, to honor its founding on August
4, 190, when the rst Congress authorized the construcon of 10 vessels to enforce
tari and trade laws, prevent smuggling, and protect the collecon of federal revenue.
