FESTIVE CAKE POPS
INGREDIENTS
• Any boxed or homemade cake recipe
• 2-3 tbsp of frosting
• Cake pop sticks
• Any chocolate melting wafer
PREPARATION
1. Follow the directions on the cake mix box and bake in a rectangular pan.
2. After baking, cut a thin layer off the top, bottom, and sides until the
brown parts aren’t showing.
3. Put the cake in a stand mixer, or a handheld mixer, and mix until it is
in crumbles.
4. Add the frosting until it is in a dough form.
5. Let it sit in the fridge for two hours.
6. Melt the chocolate until it is smooth. I used white chocolate and added
purple food coloring.
7. Roll the cake into balls, insert sticks, and dip the cake pops one inch
into the melted chocolate.
8. Let the chocolate on the pop harden, and then dip it again until it is
fully coated.
9. Let cool and enjoy!
HALLOWEEN DIRT CAKES
INGREDIENTS
• Chocolate pudding mix
• Oreos
• Gummy worms
• Cherry pie filling
• Milano cookies
• Chocolate chips
*The amount of the ingredients depends on how many you plan to make
PREPARATION
1. Follow the directions on the pudding box and let sit in the fridge.
2. Crush up the Oreos until they are the consistency of dirt.
3. Put chocolate chips in a piping bag, or plastic bag, anmelt in the
microwave at 20-second intervals.
4. Cut the Milano cookie in half, and spell RIP on the cookie with the
chocolate.
5. Take your cup of choice and fill the container halfway with pudding.
6. Sprinkle some Oreo “dirt” into the container and fill the rest up with
pudding.
7. Dip the RIP cookie in the cherry filling to have the effect of blood
and add a gummy worm.
8. Enjoy!
