Polo is the glamorous sport of the royal and wealthy. It’s
the horse sport most people have always wanted to watch
and play but feel is unattainable. It’s played at clubs that
feel exclusive or not promoted to the public. If you have
been lucky enough to stumble across a match, you are
sure to have been enthralled by the majesty of the horses
and players. Polo harnesses the incredible athleticism of the
horse and pairs it with the extreme skill of the polo player.
The sound of polo ponies galloping down the field can make
even the spectators hearts race. The skill of a perfect polo
stroke executed at full speed will make you catch your breath.
craving the opportunity to pick up a mallet and get on
the field. That is if you aren’t faint of heart. If you weren’t
lucky enough to have been born into a polo family,
finding a way to learn the sport of polo can seem like a

of the high goal polo of the rich and wealthy, is a fabulous
community of people just like you who are learning

and students of all ages and skill levels. You’ll find senior
citizens, former collegiate players down to kids playing at
the middle school level hoping to be lucky
enough to play on one of the only 3 dozen
collegiate or interscholastic programs in the
country. This is a lifelong sport and it’s never
too late to start learning, I have had first time
students into their sixties and know players
who are still playing into their seventies. No
matter your age or skill level you will find your
people here.
This community is where I fell in love, or possibly
into addiction, with the sport of polo. I became
inspired to dedicate my life to the sport. It became
the launching pad for my professional career, and
many others. I am the son of a dairy farmer, I started playing
when I was 7 and won my first tournament at age 9.
As a youngster all the players around me were supportive
and encouraging. Because of them I dreamed the big
