Cannot Lose Weight
A study published in The Journal of the American Medical
Association suggested that more Americans are motivated to lose
weight. An increasing number are beginning to eat less, exercise,
drink more water and try out new diet plans. Unfortunately, most
of these attempts fail.
WHY?
“Calories in, calories out” equation is a tool used by some diet
plans like Weight Watchers. However, we must remember that
calories are not equal. A 100-calorie slice of pie is not the same as
100 calorie cup of spinach. Quality of the calories eaten, and their
