you need to file are on-line or available at the
Clerk of the Court’s offices for a small fee.

What do you do with the forms once they are
filled out? What happens if you have questions?
The Clerk of the Court cannot answer your
questions nor can the judge when you appear
before him or her.
You could go to a Paralegal Service to get help
filling out the forms but in many cases you will
still have questions about what to do next or
how much to ask for in Child Support or Alimony
(spousal support), etc. A Paralegal Service is not
allowed to answer questions that require legal
advice —no matter how simple the question or
how desperately you need the answer.

for these question and answer sessions vary
depending on the length of time spent in
conference but at the end of the conference, you

need for a long term engagement of the lawyer.
