Sandra Rivera has been appointed as
Intel’s Chief People Officer and
executive vice president, reporting to
CEO Bob Swan. She will lead the human
resources organization and serve as
steward of Intel’s culture evolution as it
transforms to a data-centric company.
Previously, Rivera was responsible
for the Network Platforms Group, and
served as Intel’s 5G executive sponsor.
“Sandra is a role model for an Intel that
is customer obsessed, collaborative and fearless
while firmly grounded in trust, transparency and

his retirement after more than 20 years at the
company in a variety of HR and legal leadership
positions, including most recently serving as
Intel’s chief human resources officer.

years of experience, Mariana Fagnilli
is the Global Head of the Office of
Diversity & Inclusion at Catalent, a
world-leading firm focused on the
development, delivery, and supply of
drugs, biologics, and consumer health
products.
Before joining Catalent, Fagnilli spent 10 years at Johnson & Johnson,
where she held roles of increasing responsibility, in legal, diversity &
inclusion, advocacy, government affairs and policy, before taking a role as
European Head of Policy for Amgen, followed by a global role at bluebird bio
as Head of Patient Advocacy and Diversity & Inclusion.
Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and working
closely with leaders across the globe, she brings her knowledge and
perspective of the global political and business environments to provide
support toglobal businesses.
She creates strategic approaches to corporate sustainability by bringing
her vast knowledge of rapidly-changing global affairs. One of her biggest
accomplishments is the development and implementation of Health
Equity programs with a focus in the U.S. and EU healthcare systems.
She was recognized as one of Fortune 500 Young Hispanic Corporate
Achievers by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility for her
leadership qualities and continued commitment to the Hispanic community.
She was also accorded Honorable Mention in the LATINA Style's Latina
Executive of the Year Program, based on her excellence in corporate
leadership, mentorship, and dedication to working with the Hispanic
communities both nationally and internationally, while creating value for the
business.
Digital Hands, a managed security
services provider (MSSP), has named
veteran cyber security executive Myrna
Soto as Chief Operating Officer. Soto
most recently was a Partner at
ForgePoint Capital focusing on cyber
security investments; she also served
as Corporate SVP & Global CISO for
Comcast Corporation from 2009-2018.
Soto brings over 26 years of technology
leadership experience including roles at
American Express, Royal Caribbean
Cruise Lines, Kemper Insurance and
MGM Resorts.
“Myrna’s extensive background in
cyber security, proven track record for
scaling operations, and passion for
building new and innovative offerings make her an ideal fit for leading the next
evolution of growth at Digital Hands,” said Charlotte Baker, CEO of Digital Hands.

Soto will assume responsibility for Security Operations, Sales, Marketing,
Human Resources and Customer Success. In her role, she will ensure
operational excellence and the highest outcomes of value for customers while
driving momentum in the execution of the company’s long-term growth plans.
Soto serves on the board of directors at CMS Energy/Consumers Energy,
Spirit Airlines and Popular Inc. She is recognized as a Governance and Board
Leadership Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
