Caregiver Support Group
This support group meets the last Tuesday
of each month from noon to 1 pm at
RossWoods Adult Day Services located at
1402 Walston Street in Dalton. A light lunch
is served. All caregivers are invited. Free
respite care and lunch is provided for your

Diabetes Workshop
This support group meets at the Hamilton
Diabetes and Endocrinology Center, located
in the Medical Arts Building, 1109
Burleyson Road, Suite 103 in Dalton. Call

Support Group
This support group meets on the third
Tuesday of the month from 7:30 to 9 pm

National Alliance on Mental
Illness Family Support Group
This peer-led support group is for family
members, caregivers, and loved ones of
individuals living with mental illness. The
support group meets on the second and
fourth Thursday of each month from 6
to 7:30pm at the Mack Gaston Community
Center, located at 218 North Fredrick

Take it to Heart
Hamilton Medical Center will host a free
comprehensive two-part cardiovascular
program. The seminar portion will be February
18 in the Brown Conference Center inside Hamilton
Medical Center at 6 pm. The screening portion
will be February 22 at Hamilton Diagnostics
Center. Certain criteria apply for eligibility. Call
