Mota’s
AVOCADO TOAST
Ingredients
1 slice of whole grain sprouted bread
2 tablespoons guacamole
1- 2 eggs (your choice)
Fresh cilantro
1 lime
Queso fresco, as desired
Salsa verde, as desired
Method of Preparation
1. Toast your bread
2. Top with guacamole
3. Fry egg(s) to your desired doneness,
then place on toast.
4. Top with a sprinkle of cilantro, queso
fresco, fresh lime and salsa verde.
