Bobby Soroory ’03 recently paid $3.5

University of Tampa. Soroory, who has
two Master’s degrees from UT, plans to
spend at least $2.5 million to renovate
the property into 56 apartment units
while keeping an eye on a long-term
redevelopment project there.

Nicholas Dwyer ’12 is OEM Manager
with Seakeeper, Inc., which produces
a device that counteracts boat roll by
applying the physics of gyroscopes
while using active control smart
technology to gauge the sea state
and react instantaneously. Dwyer is
responsible for driving integration
uptake and sales increases with boat
builders Southeast U.S., and also for
working with Seakeeper’s distributor
in Brazil to execute sales goals in
South America.
Joseph Ottolino ’13 is a Geotechnical
Engineer with Stantec in Nashville,
Tenn. Stantec, which is based in
