Kristin Browning is the voice for overcoming
obstacles. The benefits she realized from
working to conquer challenges, both in
her personal life and as a leader in business,
have led her to apply those same practices and
principles to her role as an Executive Coach and
Life Strategist. As an executive leader in business
for over 20 years, Kristin is a natural mover and
shaker who continually sought ways to challenge
and improve herself by rewriting the rules and
challenging others to do the same. However,
when she first began her search for success and
self-actualization, she found very few resources
to effectively empower such a driven, positive,
and motivated person. When asked in coaching
school to identify her target market, she always
pointed to herself. More interested in expanding
her horizons than pursuing one particular path,
Kristin found many of the coaching theories and
concepts to be unclear and non-applicable to her
executive professional life strategy. It was only
through making mistakes and overcoming the
obstacles unique to a multi-linear path that she
began to define her own concepts and develop
her coaching and leadership curricula. While she
endorsed some popular disciplines, she found
herself rejecting others to seek a better-defined
and more applicable strategy for herself and
highly motivated business leaders like her.
As committed as Kristin was to her own life as
an entrepreneur, she quickly recognized the
need to bring her methodologies and beliefs
to a more concentrated group of leaders who
needed to dismantle old methodologies, patterns,
processes, negative beliefs and start becoming
massive income generators by putting people,
relationships and self-inner work first. Finding
herself at a frustrating crossroad in the corporate
arena, she decided to step out and shine light
on leaders who were merely accepting good for
now not only from themselves, but also from
their teams. She could no longer see burnt out
executives settling for mediocre results because
they were afraid to admit where they needed
support, coaching, direction, or an accountability
partner.
Kristin’s own struggles she had to constantly
face around the boardroom to drive innovation,
advocate for necessary change, and surpass the
limited thinkers became the single catalyst to
step away from her lucrative career. She decided
to create a business designed to resuscitate
hurting businesses, rescue depleted executives,
and coach women who want to redefine their
success stories. Kristin instantly knew there
were companies to save, leaders to revive, and
women who needed to rewrite the rules to their
business or career journey. Alas, Kristin Browning
& Company was birthed into existence!
