SWIMMING GOLF
Swimming earned its 13th straight Region title
The Tigers, under head coach Bill Shaffer, continued their

����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
������������������������������������ earned the individual State title the 100
backstroke and earned two other gold medals in relays, both in
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������,
��������������������������������������, and ������������������������������ for gold in the 200
������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
Schindler, ����������������������������������, and ������������������������������������ also won
State gold in Jesuit-record time. Schindler earned an astounding
��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
100 breaststroke to go with his two relay golds and the Jesuit
��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
included Hohman in the 100 freestyle (5th) and 100 backstroke
(8th), and �������������������������������� in the 500 freestyle (6th). Leading up
to State, the Tigers' earned their remarkable 13th straight Region
and 25th straight District titles.
BOWLING CROSS COUNTRY
The Tigers, under head
coach Ted Beil, went 15-3
to continue an impressive
string of winning seasons
as Jesuit is now 42-10 over
the past four years. The
Tigers placed a close 3rd
in the District Tournament,
just missing out on a trip
to State. ������������������������������������
������������������������������������������������������
��������������������������������������������������������
of all competitors at State.
Pullo had both the high
game of (279) and high
series (700) for the Tigers
this season, followed by
������������������������������������ (259
and 657), ��������������������������������
(high series of 645), and
������������������������������������ (high
game of 267).

The Tigers, under head coach David Simmons,
had perhaps the greatest season in Jesuit golf an-

������ placed second individually at +2, matching
the best result in program history (��������������������������
in 2015), and ������������������������������������ (+3) was a shot
back to earn 3rd place. En route to State the team
defended its Region and District titles, the Tigers’
16th straight District crown. Siffert captured
the individual Region title with a 1-under 71 at
Heritage Harbour in Bradenton, with Dill placing
3rd and ���������������������������������� and ����������������������������������
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
all placed in the Top 7.

for the Tigers included 3rd
at the Tampa Bay Private

by Fredericks (17:25), and 3rd
at a 32-team Invitational at
Holloway Park in Lakeland, with
Fredericks (17:11) again leading
the way.
