I was at Nickie’s, and then I had this picture on my phone. This
group was having a lot of fun! (L to R) Johnny, Rob, Sarah,
Chris, Calvin, and Melissa! Good looking group if I do say so myself!
How could I not include this awesome family! (L to R) Brighid,
Shane, Finn, and Rebecca own and operate North Island Surf
and Kayak. Although Brighid can often be found helping out next door
at Bubba Gumbos.
While shopping at Tybee Oaks, I had the pleasure of meeting
Casey of Casey Jones Photography, who happily allowed me
to take his picture in front of some of his awesome prints! I know
where I’ll be doing all my gift shopping this year!
Up next - Jeannie, Lori, and Julie. These lovely ladies work at
and run Tybee Island Rentals, as well as Tradewinds Realty.
I have to say from personal experience this is a great company, and I
send countless business their way (they may also be my landlords).
So, this one time, at The Quarter (which is about how 90% of
my stories start out), I ran into The Three Beautiful, Incredible,
and Amazing Musketeers - (L to R) Smoot, Carolyn, and Wen (The
Beachcomber’s very own lovely photographer).
I was on the north end of the island and thought I’d bug some
of Tybee’s Finest for a photo! (L to R) Cpt. Hayes, Clerk of
Court Kaitlyn (holding back a fugitive who was just picked up
running down the beach), Sgt. Hattrich, and Sgt. Coreno. Thank you
for your service!
I stopped in at the *NEW* Tybee Island Pizza, located at 1605
Inlet Ave. across from the Late Arby’s. Rick is now open for
business! Nice to have a pizza place on the south end!
This good lookin’ fella is none other than Coco’s very own
bartender, John! Not only will he make great drinks, but he will
make your entire experience (although the fantastic food gives him an
unfair advantage)!
Oh, and if you can identify the two individuals wearing cones on their
heads, you win a prize, like a high five. I’m not in a position to be
giving away free stuff.
