planned BUT pre planning meals and
workouts is something we can do. Start
small and try sticking to a plan for 5
days, maybe allowing yourself some
leeway on weekends! Meal prepping
simple, healthy meals beforehand is
key. By planning ahead, you will avoid
last minute mistakes like binging on
junk food because there is nothing else
to eat.
2Intermittent Fasting - If you have
