There is ethnic cleansing of Christian
dominated communities going on right
now in Nigeria. In Benue State, more
than 100,000 Christians are displaced,
without homes and in I.D.P. camps.
The Fulani armed herdsmen attack at
night and slaughter the Christians.
The government is mute about these
killings. We have turned to God for
protection and our strongest weapon
against the enemies of Christianity is
the Rosary. In February 2018, 111 school
girls in the Dapchi community were
abducted by Boko Haram members. Five
of them died in captivity, others were
released after negotiation and one
remained. She was told if she would
denounce Christianity, she could go.
She would not and she remains still in
captivity. < Michael - NIGERIA >
The Living Rosary is
really powerful to guide
the Church in this Age
to the truthful teachings
and tenets of the Catholic
Faith and devotions. Over
the years, I have observed your consistent
approach of free distribution of resources
which are printed and manufactured
to the best standards. On behalf of my
Bishop and entire Diocesan population
of the church of Makurdi, I sincerely
thank you for all that you sent to us.
We remind you that the Mbalom Martyrs
will be buried on May 22. Please join
us in praying for their souls. Assuring
you that the materials you sent will be
distributed to the Bishops, Priests and
lay faithful on the burial day.

On April 21, we had a ULRA leaders’
seminar and 28 leaders were present. We
shared our experiences in spreading the
devotion and the different challenges
we face. It is our plan to promote the
Living Rosary in all parishes and chapels
in the Moshi Diocese. On the 28th, we
had 120 leaders present from the nearby
parishes. We had a pilgrimage to the
historical Ngangu Hill where the first
missionaries came to propagate the
Roman Catholic Faith in Moshi in 1880.
We went in procession to Kilema parish
singing and praying the Holy Rosary
on the way. The distance is about 1 km.
The Swahili materials produced by you,
are very helpful to our people. May
God bless you and all our benefactors
around the world! < Stephen

Sr. Jhancy gave catechesis about the
virtues of St. Philomena to the inmates
of this jail in the Philippines. They are
blessed to have the chapel and freedom
to express their Catholic Faith.
