Greetings from the Living Rosary
members in Masvingo and best regards
from our Living Rosary members of
the Chimoio Diocese in Mozambique.
Thank you for everything to fulfil my
outreach programs of 2018 to success!
We enrolled 1840 new members last year!
At the close of the year, I faced many
challenges. Our economy collapsed
and postage became very high.
Transport costs became unbearable
although I managed to finance Sister
Tendai’s travel from Mozambique each
time she came across to collect the
Sacramentals and Portuguese materials.
In spite of such difficulties, my husband
is making translations for us in Shona
a language used in Zimbabwe, Zambia,
Mozambique, Malawi and Botswana.
The Bishop of Chimono has encouraged
the parishes to pray the Rosary every
Sunday before Mass. Wonderful! The
Immaculata is doing her work. I need
many more Sacramentals, Crucifixes,
sick call kits and other materials. We
are keeping all of you in our prayers!

I
feel ashamed when I realized it has
been over a year since I received your
letter. When I disclose to you that
our forsaken parish of St. Joseph here
in Wepener has been denied the
Sacraments since May 2016 until today,
you will understand how much we
appreciated your gifts of Rosaries and
Scapulars, prayer cards and leaflets.
And of course, the St. Philomena holy
oil with which I anointed my sick wife.
Our heavenly Mother continues to succor
us! Thank you so much. My granddaughter
could not pay the university
tuition and was on the verge of dropping
out. My wife and I called upon
St. Philomena to help, and a friend
from Germany sent us the full amount.
We call that a miracle! So we are drawn
more than ever to St. Philomena and
pray our Decades daily.
