Travis Davey – Recreation Manager
Travis comes to ��cean ��ity from the Parks and ��ecreation
Department in ��an Antonio, Te��as.
��ince ������7, Travis worked in
numerous capacities receiving
multiple promotions while in Te��as.
These positions included Assistant
��anager����pecial Pro��ects ��anager,
Program ��anager, ��ecreation
��upervisor, and ��ommunity ��enter
Leader. Prior to that, Travis worked
in ��anatee ��ounty, ��lorida as
a ��ecreation ��pecialist for the
��anatee ��ounty Parks and ��ecreation Department. Travis has
a bachelor��s degree from Elon ��niversity in Physical Education
and a ��aster��s Degree from the ��niversity of ��evada in ��ports
and Leisure ��anagement ��ervices. Travis is originally from
��ust outside of Albany, ��ew ��ork. ��e look forward to the fresh
perspective and ideas Travis can bring to ��cean ��ity to round
out our ��ecreation and Parks team��
Jeffrey Coster – Parks Crew Leader
��eff completed high school in his hometown of ��altimore,
��D, and enlisted in the ��nited ��tates ��arine ��orps where he
served for eight years. He was stationed in Camp Lejeune,
��orth Carolina for si�� years, and his ��nal two years were
spent training cadets in ��uantico, ��irginia. ��hen ��eff decided
to leave the Marine Corps, he began a career with a Budweiser
beer distributor in Quantico as a delivery route driver.
He eventually worked his way up to Director of ��ales. After a
25-year career in the beer distribution industry, he decided it
was time for a change and moved to ��cean City with his wife
and four children. He began work with ��cean City ��ecreation
�� Parks as a Parks Crew Leader in April of 2��1��. His hobbies
include spending time at the beach, traveling, running,
and enjoying time with family. ��eff is ��e��cited to start his new
Career with ��cean City ��ecreation and Parks and to see what
the summer season will bring����
