Dear Apostles of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Today we are engaged in the decisive battle for souls!
At Fatima, God gave us the last two remedies with
which to overcome the colossal evil by which we are
surrounded: The Holy Rosary and the Immaculate
Heart of Mary. We are now in a life or death struggle
although most people are unaware of this. We must
choose sides. Disquiet, unrest and anxiety overshadow
our days. Families are fragmented and individuals
have no one to answer their questions or give them
compassion, understanding and love; no one who
cares! Our anchor in this deluge is the Immaculate
Heart of Mary and THE CROSS!
Holding our families together in the violent storm which assails us will
be the miracle of God’s Grace. God has committed to the Blessed Virgin
Mary every grace and all salvation. (Pope Pius IX - Ubi Primum, 1849)
We may be confident that Mary will obtain pardon for the sinner, health for the
sick, strength of heart for the weak and consolation for the afflicted. Mary will
remove spiritual blindness from all who are in error, so that they may return to
the path of truth and justice, and there may be one flock and one Shepherd.
Under her guidance, patronage, kindness and protection, nothing is to be feared,
nothing is hopeless, because Mary is solicitous for the whole human race. What
She asks for, She obtains!
Nothing must make us forget the reality and the knowledge that we are, all of
us, sons of the same Mother, who lives in Heaven and is the bond of union for
the Mystical Body of Christ; who is the new Eve and the Mother of the living and
desires to lead all men to the Truth and Grace of her Divine Son. (Plus XII, 1950)
The ‘FIAT’ of the Incarnation, the intensity of the sufferings Mary endured during
the passion and the death of soul She experienced on Calvary, opened her heart
to the universal love of humanity and impressed the seal of omnipotence on
her motherhood of Grace. Henceforth, She consecrated that immense power of
intercession which the title of MOTHER confers on her, to saving those entrusted
to her care at the foot of the Cross.
No one knows and comprehends so well as Mary, everything that concerns us:
what help we need in life; what dangers, public and private, threaten our welfare;
what difficulties and evils surround us; above all, how fierce is the fight we wage
with the ruthless enemies of our salvation. In these and all other troubles of life,
her power is most far reaching. With constant prayer and deep devotion, let us
approach Mary wholeheartedly.
May God reward your immense charity for all those who stagger and faint under
the incredible sufferings which are a part of their daily lives! Your compassion
instills in them, drop-by-drop, the courage to believe, hope and love. May God
reward you and preserve your families in His Peace!
