10-5 World Teacher’s Day Let’s take a moment to
commemorate the teaching profession’s contribution to
educate the children of the world. Go Teachers!
10-5 10th Annual ICE Hot Rod and Classic Car
Show 9am-3pm. This car show benefits the American
Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Georgia Chapter. You

Battery Tours 9-10:30am at 30 Meddin Dr. The Tybee
Island Historical Society is presenting this walking tour
of the Fort Screven Batteries. Call 912-786-5801 as

10-10 thru 10-13 15th Annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest
Buccaneer Ball at the Crab Shack, 40 Estill Hammock
Rd. on 10-10 will be the start of swashbuckling fun, followed
by the Tybee Pirate Fest on the Strand for the rest of the
weekend. Live music, Thieves market and so much more. Get

10-12 Pirate Victory Parade The parade is from
3-5pm and runs from North Beach Parking Lot to Tybrisa
St. and traditionally takes 2hrs to complete.
