health and wellness continues to rise,
stay up to date with the newest trends
by attending a Lunch & Learn taught by
Ken Owen, a health enthusiast, personal
trainer and nutrition specialist. Bring
your lunch and a friend, and enjoy tips
on how to stay healthy as we go in depth
with topics that will improve your overall
wellness. Please note: lunch is not
provided, please bring your own.

Exercise with low to zero impact on the
body to tone muscle, increase joint range
of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, and
get a great cardiovascular workout.

on the 4th Thursday of each month, 1-3pm.
