Scorpion
Bowl
(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
• 1½ ounces Absolut vodka
• 1½ ounces Bombay gin
• 1½ ounces Bacardi Superior rum
• 1½ ounces Myers‘s Dark rum
• Orange juice
• Pineapple juice
• Grenadine
• 1 ounce Goslings Black
Seal 151 rum
• Orange slices
• Cherries
Method:
Fill scorpion bowl, or similar with ice. Pour fi rst four
ingredients over ice. Add equal parts of orange and
pineapple juices to “almost” fi ll the bowl. Top with dash of
grenadine for desired color and 1 ounce of Goslings Black
Seal 151 rum. Garnish with orange slices and cherries.
