When his parents got burned in a shabby
home inspection, which resulted in their
having to spend a lot of extra money on
roofing, HVAC systems, and structural
issues that should have been identified,
Tim Skibitsky turned his passion into a new
purpose! While the poor inspection infuriated
Skibitsky, at the same time, it inspired him to
help others secure a quality home inspection.
Giving families peace of mind that their
largest investment is safe and functioning as
it should became the driving force of Family
First Home Inspection Services, established
in 2020. Since family always comes first for
founder / owner Skibitsky, the name of Family

perfect fit.
Moving from home to home remains a
