The Pac 12 is starting gain more national respect as more
teams like Washington State and Washington play well; it
was just two years ago when the Huskies made the playoffs.
Stanford has consistently been in the top 25 for the
past decade, and the resurgence of USC has helped put the
conference in better standing.
Human Highlight Reels
BRYCE LOVE RB Stanford
A Heisman front-runner, Love has the ability to go the
distance each time he touches the football. He has elite speed
and a great ability to shed the first tackle. Last year he rushed
for 2,118 yards on 8.1 yards per carry and 19 touchdowns. He
almost never landed in Palo Alto as he considered committing
to the TCU Horned Frogs, but David Shaw found himself a
once-in-a-generation talent (which Shaw seems good at finding
considering Love replaced Christian McCaffrey).
KHALIL TATE QB Arizona
When you think of Tate, think of names like Michael Vick
and Lamar Jackson. Tate’s rare playmaking ability allows the
Wildcats to score from anywhere on the field. Last season, he
threw for over 1,500 yards with 14 touchdowns despite not
starting the year as the starter. On the ground, he did almost
equal amount of damage going for over 1,400 yards and 12
touchdowns. His first game as a starter against Colorado he
was 12-13 with a touchdown through the air. He also ran for
327 yards and four touchdowns.
N’KEAL HARRY WR Arizona State
In a first-team All-Pac 12 season, Harry went for 1,142 yards,
13.9 yards per catch and 10 touchdowns. The dynamic 6’4
athlete possesses elite leaping ability and is among the best
at high pointing the ball. Consistency at the quarterback
position is the only thing that might hold Harry back from
having a big season.
