TIFFANY’S THE J E W E L OF NORTH PINELLAS
Steve Fiske
Few local establishments can boast of being the crossroads
of a community, however, it’s obvious to anyone
familiar with Tiffany’s Restaurant, located at 35000 North
U.S. Hwy 19 in Palm Harbor, that this is one of those special
places. Since its establishment in
1983, the restaurant has attracted folks
from all over north Pinellas, south Pasco,
and, the Tampa Bay area in general.
It is Palm Harbor’s longest running
restaurant. On any given day one may
see community leaders, elected officials,
corporate heads, retired pro-athletes,
along with young families and
retired seniors enjoying a home-style
meal and conversing with friends in a relaxed, friendly
environment. Tiffany’s has become a local institution and
a must for snowbirds who make the annual trek back to
Palm Harbor.
A comfortable place to enjoy Tampa Bay’s best breakfast
any time of day, or, delicious homemade soups, freshly
roasted sandwich meats, huge&fresh garden salads and
much, much more!
Customers are warmly greeted personally by “Mama
Elena” or her son Paul.
“Hi folks’, “Welcome back”, “Nice to see you again”,
“Hi beautiful”, ”Hello handsome” , they’ll often say as
they engage their customers - many of whom have become
personal friends over the years. Their warmth is infectious
as their friendly staff emulate their genuine affection for
his patrons.
A visit to Tiffany’s is a reminder of what a local coffee
shop and diner used to be. Personal service and good
wholesome, made to order food. Each breakfast starts with
gratis homemade corn muffins and a selection of traditional
egg dishes to more exotic choices. Breakfast is served
anytime during business hours.
