THE 2015 KIA SEDONA
Reinventing the Minivan
By Margaret Word Burnside and Aaron R. Fodiman
The Kia Sedona is attractive from every angle.
The Sedona is filled with luxury items, such as dual sunroofs
over both the front and rear interior and premium Nappa
leather seats that are extraordinarily comfortable. With three
rows of seating, the vehicle can easily accommodate seven or
eight adults. The three seats in the rear row are split, so that
either side can be folded into the floor. In addition, the center
seats can be folded against the front seats, when you need maximum
hauling space. The center row is the most comfortable back seating
you will find in just about any vehicle, as they are styled after
first-class airline seats with adjustable headrests and footrests
and with the ability to slide forward or back, as well as side-toside.
The Tri-Zone Climate Control allows the driver and front
seat passenger to adjust the temperature to their own preference,
while the passengers in the back can adjust their own ventilation
outlets.
F OR YEARS, KIA HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO DOING
everything right, from styling to performance and safety.
With the introduction of the new Sedona, Kia has taken the
best ideas from the minivan to make an SUV-like vehicle that
has sliding side doors and a comfort level that beats any SUV on
the market. The cutting-edge design of the Sedona’s exterior is
attractive and impressive. However, it is within the vehicle that
Kia has mastered elements that make this vehicle both unique
and versatile.
The technological advances of the Sedona include a Cruise
Control and Blind-Spot Detection with Lane-Change Assist, as
well as other safety features. For any who doubt the Kia’s
reliability, the company has an industry-leading 10-year,
100,000-mile warranty that should more than assure you that
this is a car built to last.
