Caraballo has been in the financial services
industry for over 20 years mostly in the
Risk/Receivable Management industry at
Wachovia (heritage), Capital One, and Chase. He
has led teams in operations management, strategy
& planning, and project management. He spent
four years working in Business Development for a
Catholic non-profit. Caraballo is a Retired Colonel
from the U.S. Army Reserves, where he served for
34 years in the Infantry and Logistic branches. He
also has over two years of deployments in support
of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
