Crab Rangoon Pizza
Ingredients:
One Crescent Roll Pizza Dough
16 oz. Philly Whipped Cream Cheese
1 bunch chopped Scallions
1 lb. Imitation Crab Meat
1 tsp. chopped Garlic
1/3 Bottle Sweet Chili Sauce
16 oz. Three Cheese Blend (I recommend Monterey Jack, Cheddar &
Mozzarella)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Hold back ½ of your Scallions first and don’t toss the remaining Sweet Chili
Sauce.
Chop up your Scallions and Garlic. Mix everything but the cheese together.
Place your masterpiece on the pie crust spreading evenly. Top that with your
Cheese Blend. Place your pie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until
golden brown.
Let it cool down and then drizzle the remaining Sweet Chili Sauce and
chopped Scallions over the top.
I stole this recipe from OSP-Old Shawnee Pizza in Shawnee, Kansas’
Facebook page. There was not an exact amount of how much for this and
that so I made it up as I went. Crab Rangoon Pizza is definitely something
different!
