The coolest project I’m working on is
learning Pound Fitness and Zumba
choreography. I love how the music
and the moves sync with each other.
Who is your favorite superhero?
My favorite superhero is “Iron Fist”,
he is an honorable, compassionate,
and humble character.
If you could be on a TV game
show which show would it be? If
I could be on any game show it
would be Family Feud. My husband
and I play along every time we
watch it.
Best piece of advice
you’ve ever received?
The best advice I have ever
received is “It’s not your business
what other people think of you!”

teach classes.
What is an accomplishment
that you are most proud of?
The accomplishments I’m most
proud of is becoming a group
fitness professional. Over the past
12 years I have earned certificates
in Personal Training, Health
Coaching, Spin, Kickboxing , 4
zumba formats, and Pound Fitness.
Cardio or weights?
Cardiovascular training and
weight, or strength, training are
both essential for a well balanced
healthy lifestyle. One is not
more important than the other, it
depends on your goals. As we age
functional fitness training should
be incorporated into our fitness
programs. Functional Fitness helps
us continue to accomplish our daily
activities.
