This month with our sweet town going Green ... I’m going to write about
eating green! No, eating green does not mean the box of Girl Scout
green Thin Mint cookies (though they are yummy) or the green packaged
Pringles Dill Pickle flavor.
As you read in my January article, which I know you all have read,
I talked about ADDING things to your life for health and weight loss.
Glorious Green Juice is one of the most beneficial things that I’ve added
to my life that has helped me be fit, healthy, and happy. I have personally
witnessed green juice help a client with detox, while she was conquering
quitting drinking. In short, juicing speeds up the detoxification of the
liver, allowing your body to rid harmful toxins that have been holding you
back. This goes for sugar addiction and drug addiction also. This client
has been alcohol free (LIVING ON TYBEE) for almost 7 years now!
Green vegetables are the most common missing food in modern diets.
Learning to incorporate dark leafy greens into the diet is essential to
establishing a healthy body and immune system. Greens help build
up your internal rainforest and strengthen your blood and respiratory
system.

Drinking one green juice daily is one of the absolute BEST things you can
do for your health, weight loss, and beauty goals. That’s because green
vegetables are the optimal food for regenerating, purifying, and healing
your body.
The vitamins and antioxidants found in green juices work together to
improve your overall health. Not only do the antioxidants and vitamins
detox your skin, they aid in removing toxins from your entire body. This
makes the process much easier for your liver (and you know most of us
here on Tybee Island need that!) but the effects can be felt from head to
